Because all products and services are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon purchase or download, our refund policy is structured to balance consumer fairness with the non-returnable nature of digital content.
DECODE AI provides AI-powered, session-based adult learning coaching delivered through our web application. Access is granted immediately upon account creation or subscription activation.
The Learning Gap Assessment is offered at no charge as a free standalone tool. No purchase is required and therefore no refund applies. If a fee-based version of the diagnostic is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents you from accessing a purchased service or product, L2DECODE will take one of the following remediation steps at our discretion:
