1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product, service, or content provided by L2DECODE Systems, LLC ("L2DECODE," "we," "us," or "our"), including learning2learnstrategies.com, the DECODE AI coaching platform, the Learning Gap Assessment diagnostic, and the L2DECODE Learning Strategies Guide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered account holders, and purchasers.

2. Description of Services

L2DECODE provides a proprietary adult learning failure detection and repair system, delivered through the following channels:

• DECODE AI: An AI-powered coaching platform that identifies and addresses the root causes of adult learning failure using the L2DECODE Method.
• Learning Gap Assessment: A free standalone diagnostic tool that evaluates learning readiness across key cognitive processing areas.
• L2DECODE Learning Strategies Guide: A paid reference product sold through our website and Amazon KDP.
• learning2learnstrategies.com: The primary content and access portal, including educational articles and product access.

All services are provided for personal, non-commercial use by adult learners unless otherwise explicitly licensed. Business and institutional licensing inquiries should be directed to support_l2d@learning2learnstrategies.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase a product, or use DECODE AI. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Our services are designed for adult learners and are not directed at minors. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will terminate that account.

4. Account Registration & Security

Some services require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at support_l2d@learning2learnstrategies.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

L2DECODE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use L2DECODE services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any L2DECODE content, methodology, or platform feature without written authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract the L2DECODE Method, the DECODE AI system logic, or any proprietary algorithmic structures from the platform.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or any content that could harm L2DECODE systems or other users.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on learning2learnstrategies.com and within the L2DECODE platform — including the L2DECODE Method, the DECODE AI system architecture, article content, the Learning Strategies Guide, the Learning Gap Assessment, branding, logos, and all related documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of L2DECODE Systems, LLC.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license to L2DECODE's intellectual property except the limited right to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes as expressly permitted herein. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of L2DECODE intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. AI-Generated Coaching Content

DECODE AI generates responses using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated coaching content is provided for educational and self-improvement purposes only and does not constitute professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or any form of licensed professional service.
• L2DECODE does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and prior knowledge.
• Coaching session outputs are tailored to your inputs and are not stored for use by other users; however, anonymized interaction patterns may be used to improve system performance.

8. Purchases & Payment

All purchases made through learning2learnstrategies.com are processed through third-party payment providers (currently PayPal and Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms and conditions.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. L2DECODE is not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

L2DECODE integrates with or links to third-party services, including payment processors, email marketing platforms, and the Amazon KDP marketplace. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. L2DECODE is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

L2DECODE services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, L2DECODE Systems, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to L2DECODE in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless L2DECODE Systems, LLC and its affiliates, owners, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

L2DECODE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise contrary to the interests of the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

14. Governing Law
